Board of Directors
The Algonquin Students' Association is a not-for-profit corporation and, as such, reports to its members. As an activity fee-paying student, you are a member in this corporation. This means that you have the right to vote in the election that elects the governing body - the Board of Directors. You also have the right to run for the position of directorship.
The Board consists of nine directors who make all the key decisions that affect you. They govern the management of the corporation. Furthermore, they are the best voice you have to reach the higher echelons of the College Administration. They represent you and it is essential that you become involved in your Students' Association because without you there is no Students' Association.
