Memberships Students who have paid the Student Activity Fee and the Athletics and Recreation Fee as part of their program of study have full access to all ARC facilities. Suggested Resources Opt In - Pay the Health Plan Fee Full-time domestic students have paid the Health Plan and Student Activity fees in their tuition, and so are automatically covered by the Student Health and Dental Plan. Full-time international and full-time online students can opt-in to the Student Health Plan by paying both the Health Plan and Student Activity fees, and filling out the Opt-In and Dependent Application Form. Part-time students are not eligible for the Student Health Plan. Add a Dependent Full-time domestic students who started their programs in September or January may add one or more family members (spouse or dependents) to their plan for an additional fee.
