A structured strength training class designed for women looking to build confidence, improve technique, and stay consistent in their training.

This class focuses on dumbbell-based workouts to help develop strength, stability, and overall fitness in a supportive and welcoming environment. Classes are designed to build on foundational movement patterns, helping participants feel stronger and more confident over time.

Ideal for those looking to establish a routine, challenge themselves, and improve overall fitness.

Yes! Please email Ally at lanevia@algonquincollege.com to be added to the waitlist. Spots are limited to ensure quality coaching.

This class is best suited for individuals with some prior training experience. However, exercises can be modified, and coaching will be provided to support a range of fitness levels.

Yes. We will do our best to accommodate injuries and provide suitable exercise modifications. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out ahead of class at lanevia@algonquincollege.com.

You’re welcome to join at any time. Coaching and modifications will be provided to help you ease into the class and feel comfortable getting started.

Results will vary depending on consistency, effort, and habits outside of sessions. Participants who attend regularly and apply what they learn tend to see the best results.

We understand that things come up. While consistency is key, we will provide guidance to help you stay on track if you miss a workout.
