Ticket Sign-out Form

A minimum notice of 3 business days is required to prepare Pre-Box tickets for pick-up. Any unsold tickets must be returned to the ACT Box Office no later than 2 business days prior to your event date. Unsold tickets will be put back into the system, and they will be made available for purchase online and in person at the ACT Box Office. The $1.50 Facility Fee will still apply on all Pre-Box Tickets. A $1.00 ACT Box Office service fee will also apply to all Pre-Box tickets. When 50 or more Pre-Box and/or Complimentary tickets are returned to the ACT Box Office a $0.15 printing fee will apply per returned ticket. This charge will appear in your final event settlement. To avoid such a charge we suggest to clients that they sign out tickets in groups of 50 at a time.

Any additional Complimentary tickets will be charged back to the client at $1.50 per ticket.
