Boxing - Algonquin Students' Association

Description

This class focuses on the fundamentals of boxing, including stance, footwork, movement, defensive techniques, punching mechanics, combinations, and conditioning workouts. Suitable for all levels. Classes include technical instructions, partner drills, bag work, and fitness training in a dynamic and fun environment.

* For your health and safety wrist wraps are required to use the equipment in Studio A and are available for purchase at the Welcome Desk.
