About Ishimwe

Divine is a compassionate and community-focused student leader who is passionate about creating meaningful connections with others. She joined the Board to listen to students, understand their experiences and help make a positive impact on campus life and academics. She hopes to be remembered for her kindness, love and the care she shows to those around her.

Divine wants students to know they are always welcome to approach her for a conversation or support. She values making people feel heard and included and enjoys building genuine relationships within the campus community.

Outside of school and student leadership, Divine enjoys quiet moments in her favourite sunny corner of the library, listening to Coldplay, and treating herself to strawberry cheesecake ice cream. Curious by nature, she’s fascinated by the meaning behind dreams and enjoys reflecting on the small things that connect people together.

Whether she’s studying in the library, sharing laughs with friends or meeting new students around campus, Divine brings warmth, positivity and gratitude to every space she’s part of.
