Loggersports recall the skills and traditions of foresters of the past. Both the men’s and the women’s team, many of whose members are from the Forestry Technician program, compete against other college teams in a variety of events that include the axe throw, pole climb, water boil, horizontal and vertical chop, cross-cut saw, chain saw, and log decking.
The Loggersports team is fully funded by the SA, with chainsaws and accessories provided by Echo Canada.
Register your class in the Students’ Association Office (Room 100) starting January 2023.
