Seasons shift, time passes, beauty never fades.

Blending classical technique with rich cultural traditions. Beauty in Seasons is a poetic journey across time, a dialoque between dance, nature, and life. Through dance, spring awakens with vitality, summer burns with passion, autumn ripens with abundance, and winter rests in tranquillity. From the coming-of-age ritual of Vi (ethnic group) girls in the spring rain, to the shimmering reflections of Dai (ethic group) girls by summer waters: from the joy of autumn’s haruest to the purity and stillness of snowy winter, each moment captures the eternal cycle of nature, the endless pulse of life.

Presented with devation by Chinese Canadian dance artist Haiyan Lu, together with her talented students, this master showcase performance is the culmination of four years of heartfelt preparation that captures the beauty of nature and the resilience of life, while celebrating the artistic heritage of Chinese ethnic minorities.

Paid parking is in effect at all times. Red Parking Lot 8 is the closest possible lot to our venue. Parking is a $6.00 flat rate on weekends and after 5:00pm on weekdays in Lots 8, 9, 10 and 12. See Algonquin College Parking Services for the parking map.
