This month’s Rig Boxing x ARC class format is The Rig’s classic, eight-round “Tune Up”, alternating between five minutes of bag work and five minutes of strength/lifting exercises. Its fast pace and high-intensity work will leave you feeling sweaty and strong.
First time boxing? We’ll start with a review of the punches and boxing stance!
