Cardio Kickboxing - Algonquin Students' Association

Description

Join in for a total-body burn, lots of fun, and upbeat music. Combining elements of kickboxing with HIIT training – you will be sure to get your heart rate elevated in this class. Feel free to bring gloves if you have them but they are not necessary to participate. As always, the intensity can be catered to meet you where you at.
