Whether you’re just starting your wellness journey or already crushing your health goals, there’s something for everyone. Drop by the ARC and connect with our Certified Fitness and Wellness Coaches to try a new challenge, learn something new, and walk away with a prize.

Each week features a different wellness theme, including:

  • Flex Friday
    • Test your strength or mobility with a physical challenge and learn injury prevention tips along the way.
  • Fast Fact Friday
    • Take on rapid-fire trivia rounds to see how much you know about health and fitness.
  • Fuel & Feel Friday
    • Decode nutrition labels and discover how what you eat affects your energy and performance.
  • Thrive Friday
    • Explore holistic wellness with activities like journaling, myth-busting games, and mindfulness prompts.
