Get Strong is a full-body strength workout designed to help you build muscle, improve endurance, and boost confidence—no matter your fitness level.

Using a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, we’ll focus on helping you feel stronger each week. Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to level up your routine, this class will challenge you in the best way.
