Yoga with Aimee and Kaitie (Yin)
This class is designed to slow the body down and gently stretch the muscles while increasing joint mobility. Through longer-held postures, we work into deep fascia and connective tissues, allowing the body to relax, rejuvenate, increase flexibility and mobility, and prepare for restoration.
