Join us January 19–22 for Mental Health Awareness Week, a week dedicated to promoting mental health, wellness, and self-care!

The week features drop-in art therapy, journaling workshops, the SA Services Fair, a Thrift Store, and a Fresh for a Five fruit & veggie sale—everything you need to de-stress, connect, and prioritize your well-being.

Whether you’re looking to learn new coping strategies, take a break from the stress of school, or simply explore mental health resources, there’s something for everyone.
