This month’s Rig Boxing x ARC class is Box and Breathe – the perfect “combination” to get you prepped for exams. Six rounds of boxing (three on the bag, three shadow boxing) followed by 10-15 minutes of stretchin’ + chillin’ out.
First time boxing? We’ll start with a review of the punches and boxing stance!
