Recognized Clubs and Communities are provided with free poster printing for events and general promotion of their Clubs!
Postering Guidelines
All Club posters must be approved by the Clubs and Communities Coordinator. Posters are to be submitted for approval at least 5 business days prior to posting.
Clubs may not use the Algonquin Students’ Association or Algonquin College logos on their posters.
Posters must be submitted in 8.5″x11″ format. They will then be inserted into the Clubs poster template by the Clubs and Communities Coordinator. All Club posters must be in this formatting.
All posters posted on the General Interest boards MUST be stamped with the official College stamp. Unauthorized posters will be removed.
Club posters will only be posted on General Interest boards, not the Algonquin Students’ Association boards.
Poster Timeline
Once approved by the Clubs and Communities Coordinator, posters will be submitted to the AC Hub for stamping and posting.
Stamping occurs every Tuesday and Thursday.
Posting occurs every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Posters can be posted for up to 4 weeks or until the day after the event it the event is in less than 4 weeks.
