We understand that you may have a few questions when thinking about joining a Club; below, you will find answers to some of the most common questions we get asked.

  2. Read and understand the application requirements.

  3. Submit your club application.

Club applications are open year-round. Applications will be processed during the following periods.

Fall 2025 applications will be processed during:

  • September 1 – September 12, 2025
  • October 3 – October 10, 2025
  • November 1 – November 7, 2025

Winter 2026 applications will be processed during:

  • January 12 – January 23, 2026
  • February 1 – February 7, 2026
  • March 1 – March 7, 2026

Spring 2026 applications will be processed during:

  • May 11 – May 22, 2026
  • June 1 – June 7, 2026
  • July 5 – July 11, 2026

Applicants will be contacted during these periods to discuss their application status and when the proceeding club leader training will take place, following the processing period.

Clubsfest is a tabling fair held on our Ottawa Campus, where our current ratified clubs come together to show students what they're all about! Each club has a table with a representative who is ready to interact with students, discuss the club, and explain how to join.

Clubs Fest occurs once each academic term: fall, winter and spring.
