Combining strength and cardio moves into a variety of HIIT Formats (No Repeat, Tabata, 40-30-20, to name a few) designed to help you shape lean muscle while burning calories!
Every Tuesday and Thursday we will run through a full-body workout plan 30+ minutes in length for 6 weeks! The only equipment you’ll need is dumbbells (Light, Medium & Heavy sets) + a mini/booty band if you have one (I’ll show you modifications if not), so it’s perfect to do anywhere!

Absolutely! Ladies Who Lift Programming has been designed with beginners in mind. When you register our coaches will forward an online consultation which will allow them to better understand your level, and how best they can support you within the program.
We will make sure to accommodate any injuries and find a suitable substitution. Getting strong is important especially if you have an injury!
We often get asked this question! It depends on if you apply what you learn in the class outside of the classes as well. The more effort you put in, the more results you may see!
We would love to have you join us two days a week, but completely understandthat won’t always be possible. If you can only make one class a week you can most definitely do so, and we will provide you with weekly workout breakdowns which will allow for you to complete any days missed on your own.
