New to Move-it Monday this semester? In addition to our weekly challenges, come visit the Fitness and Wellness Coaches booth at the Turf to pick up and learn the Workout of the Week. It’s a great opportunity for those new, and to work with a Certified personal trainer.

Bonus: Each month, our top challengers will have a chance to WIN Personal Training!
